LorthivaTV User Agreement
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of LorthivaTV, including the mobile app, account features, content services, subscription features, support channels, and related pages.
Please read this Agreement together with the Privacy Policy and Subscription Terms. By installing, opening, registering for, or using LorthivaTV, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not accept it, you should stop using the service.
1. Service Overview
LorthivaTV provides online entertainment features such as video discovery, playback, favorites, viewing history, account services, subscription access, and other functions shown in the app. Available content, features, regions, and service forms may change due to product plans, technical conditions, content rights, legal requirements, or App Store rules.
2. Accounts and Credentials
- You must provide accurate and current information when creating or maintaining an account.
- You are responsible for protecting your password, verification codes, device access, and signed-in sessions.
- You may not sell, rent, lend, transfer, share, or otherwise provide your account or membership benefits to another person unless we expressly allow it.
- You should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use, account theft, abnormal billing, or another security issue.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with applicable laws, platform rules, this Agreement, and service instructions. You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, obscene, violent, hateful, or harmful activity.
- Copy, record, download, distribute, sell, rent, modify, publicly perform, or commercially exploit app content without proper authorization.
- Bypass, disable, damage, reverse engineer, or interfere with security systems, DRM, subscription controls, payment verification, or access restrictions.
- Use bots, scripts, crawlers, automated requests, plug-ins, bulk access tools, or similar methods to disrupt the service or collect non-public data.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or violate privacy, reputation, intellectual property, or other rights.
- Act in a way that may harm LorthivaTV, users, creators, partners, rights holders, or the public interest.
4. Content and Rights
The software, design, text, images, video, audio, marks, logos, data, page layouts, and other materials in LorthivaTV are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other laws. Rights belong to LorthivaTV or relevant rights holders. No rights are transferred to you except the limited right to use the service as permitted by this Agreement.
If the app allows you to submit content or feedback, you confirm that you have the required rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content as reasonably needed to operate, display, maintain, improve, and promote the service.
5. Paid Features and Membership
LorthivaTV may offer subscriptions, memberships, or in-app purchases. Product names, prices, duration, benefits, auto-renewal rules, cancellation options, and refund procedures are shown in the app, in the App Store, and in the Subscription Terms. You should review all purchase details before confirming payment.
6. Privacy
We handle personal information according to the LorthivaTV Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that you understand the categories of data collected, the purposes of processing, retention practices, sharing scenarios, and your choices described in that policy.
7. Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue part or all of the service because of maintenance, updates, server conditions, network failures, content rights, third-party services, law, regulatory instructions, force majeure, or operational needs. We will make reasonable efforts to reduce disruption where practical.
8. Enforcement
If you violate this Agreement, applicable law, platform policies, or rights-holder requirements, we may take measures including warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, account termination, cancellation of benefits, denial of refunds where permitted, evidence preservation, and reports to authorities.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
- The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-compatible operation.
- To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from service use or inability to use the service.
- Third-party links, SDKs, services, advertisements, or content may be governed by third-party terms, and we do not control their availability, accuracy, security, or practices.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be handled through friendly communication. If no resolution is reached, either party may submit the dispute to a court with competent jurisdiction.
11. Agreement Updates
We may update this Agreement because of service changes, legal requirements, operational needs, technology updates, or App Store requirements. The revised Agreement will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
