LorthivaTV Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms apply when you purchase, activate, renew, cancel, restore, or use any paid membership or auto-renewable subscription in LorthivaTV. Please read these terms together with the User Agreement and Privacy Policy before purchasing.
By confirming a purchase, starting a trial, restoring a purchase, or using paid benefits, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms.
1. Membership Benefits
LorthivaTV membership is a paid service. Depending on the plan and the information shown in the app, membership may include:
- Access to premium, member-only, or early-access content.
- Enhanced playback features, higher quality options, or priority viewing features.
- Reduced advertising or an ad-free experience where displayed on the purchase page.
- Additional account features such as favorites, history, exclusive events, or other benefits shown in the app.
Benefits may be adjusted because of content rights, technical limitations, product planning, legal obligations, App Store requirements, or operational needs. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable methods where practical.
2. Plans, Pricing, and Billing Cycles
The app may offer weekly, monthly, annual, trial, promotional, or other subscription plans. The available products, prices, billing periods, renewal terms, trial periods, and benefits are the ones displayed in the app and in the App Store at the time of purchase.
Pricing and availability may vary by country or region, Apple ID, device, account status, channel, tax rules, currency, or promotion. Please check the product name, price, period, and renewal terms before confirming payment.
3. App Store Payment and Auto-Renewal
- Purchases on iOS are completed through Apple App Store and charged to your Apple ID account after confirmation.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Apple may charge your Apple ID account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. The exact timing follows Apple's processing rules.
- If renewal succeeds, paid benefits continue for the new period. If payment fails or Apple cannot complete renewal, benefits may expire, pause, or be unavailable.
4. Managing or Canceling a Subscription
You can manage or cancel an iOS subscription through Apple. A common path is: open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, select LorthivaTV, and then cancel or manage the plan. The exact wording or location may differ by iOS version.
Canceling auto-renewal stops future billing but does not immediately end the paid period already purchased. You may normally continue using active benefits until the current period expires.
5. Trials and Promotions
If a free trial, discount, gifted entitlement, or promotion is offered, the specific eligibility, duration, benefits, conversion rules, and limits are shown in the app or App Store. If you do not cancel before the trial ends according to Apple's rules, the trial may convert to a paid subscription.
Promotions may be limited to one use per Apple ID, device, account, payment method, or region. We may revoke promotional benefits if there is abuse, fraud, abnormal use, or violation of these terms.
6. Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall the app, change devices, or cannot see active benefits, you may use the restore purchase function in the app. Restoration depends on Apple ID status, App Store records, network conditions, app account status, and successful validation.
If membership is connected to an app account, you should sign in to the correct account before restoring. Benefits may not be transferable between unrelated accounts unless we expressly support that transfer.
7. Refunds and Billing Issues
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. You may submit refund requests through Apple's official "Report a Problem" page or other App Store support channels. We cannot guarantee or directly control Apple's refund decision.
For duplicate charges, missing benefits, order validation issues, or technical problems, contact us with the relevant order information, device details, app account, and a description of the issue so we can review the entitlement status.
8. Personal Use Restrictions
Membership benefits are for personal and lawful use. You may not sell, rent, lend, transfer, share, split, crack, bypass, resell, or commercially exploit membership access. Abnormal login patterns, payment abuse, entitlement manipulation, or attempts to interfere with subscription systems may lead to suspension or termination of benefits.
9. Changes to Paid Services
We may change paid benefits, prices, rules, or available plans because of content rights, product updates, operating conditions, legal requirements, tax changes, exchange rates, App Store rules, or third-party service changes. Price changes usually apply to future billing periods and are subject to Apple's notice and consent rules where applicable.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Subscription Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued purchase, renewal, restoration, or use of paid benefits after an update means you accept the revised terms.
